Q: Where is KCI located?

A: We are located at 201 Freel Drive, which is one block South of Shaffer Auto in Ames. Please visit the LOCATION page to view map for directions.

Q: Can I order online?

A: No. We are sorry, but at this time we are unable to offer online ordering but we would like to incorporate this service in the future.

Q: What are the ways I can place an order?

A: We take orders either through:

	phone at 1-877-441-6783 (call toll-free for customers outside of Ames)
	on site at 201 Freel Drive, Ames, IA 50010

Q: What are the business hours?

A: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm

Saturday 8am - 12pm

Q: Is delivery service available?

A: Yes. KCI offers delivery service and the cost of transportation is $25 per truck load for Ames and surrounding towns. For other locations, please indicate the destination and we can quote you a price. You can also pick up your materials at our site.

Q: Do you install the products? Will you do the landscaping?

A: No. We do not provide the service of installation or landscaping but we do welcome questions and would love to provide advice and support throughout your project.

Q: Do you do designing of landscape?

A: No. We do not provide the service of designing landscapes but we would be glad to help develop a design based from the information you provide. We will certainly assist you with choosing the right materials as well as determining the quantities and the cost.

Q: What are the information that I need to provide when enquiring about :

I. retaining walls?

A: You will need to know

	the maximum height and length of the wall.
	some idea of the topography of the site.

II. patios?

A: You will need to know

	the area of the site.
	the length and width of the site.

III. ground covers?

A: You will need to know

the area of the site.
